I work with children & adolescents, adults and families and specialize in the following areas:

Rates

Individual therapy - $180/hour.

Sessions include 50 minutes with clients, and 10 minutes for documentation. *Please note that services beyond the 50 minute time frame including telephone or virtual consultation and additional paperwork will result in additional charges. These will be reviewed together and agreed upon before incurred. 

 

Some work with Accelerated Resolution Therapy or EMDR require longer 90 minute sessions.       

 

I require 24 hours notice by phone or by e-mail to cancel appointments to avoid charging the fee for your session.

Insurance Coverage and Health Plans

 

Session fees may be reimbursable in whole or in part by Extended Health Care Plans that offer coverage for "psychotherapy", "psychological services", "social work", or "counselling". Contact your insurance company for more information on coverage options and reimbursement procedures.

Currently accepting Cash, Cheque (payable to Labrecque Counselling), Credit Cards (Visa,  and Mastercard) and E-transfers.

 

Eligible to see Veterans and Canadian Forces Members as an approved service provider through Medavie Blue Cross.

Also eligible to see clients through CPS Psychological  Services.
