I graduated with a Masters of Social Work (MSW) with Clinical Specialization from the University Of Calgary and am a registered Social Worker with The Alberta College of Social Work (ACSW) and with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I have worked in community mental health clinics, hospitals as well as private practice. I believe people carry the answers they seek inside them. Therapy provides a safe place to feel heard, to better listen to yourself, to find your truth and your voice. It can also be a place to practice expressing yourself in new ways; using the therapy relationship to break destructive or unhelpful communication patterns.

Therapy offers us the opportunity to have the support we need to examine those areas of our lives we find painful, confusing, and challenging. My goal is to help you through any difficulties you are experiencing so that you can have better relationships and feel better about yourself. I have extensive experience treating adolescents and adults on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues, including those who have been exposed to various forms of trauma. I specialize working with 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and their families, which includes providing support and guidance to parents and partners.

I am a member of the WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health) and IS-ART (International Society of Accelerated Resolution Therapy).
